This is the required mandatory training required for all care and support workers in England. This training certificate should be updated yearly. In this course we cover a variety of things such as Hoist Training, Record Keeping, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Managing Challenging Behaviour which are just a few topics to mention. This training runs every week. It is a 2 day training course (Thursday and Friday 9:30am to 5pm) at our training centre and can only be completed face to face and costs £189.99. After completion of all units you will receive your training certificate.

We are an approved centre for delivering the CPI Safety Intervention programme. This used to be called MAPA but has since changed to CPI. Currently we deliver the foundation programme from our training centre. This programme enables professionals in a variety of settings to increase their knowledge and skills so that they can recognise, prevent and manage crisis behaviours. Each individual be be taught how to do this using person centred and trauma-informed responses. This course
